  • The Clear Lake Property Owner's Association was formed in the early 1990's as a reflection of dedication by concerned property owners to the long term preservation of Clear Lake.

    We continue to seek like-minded property owners and their families to join our working groups and committees.

  • The CLPOA tests the water twice monthly. On July 10th we tested boat ramp, golden anchor bay, public beach, and the big bay for E.coli.

    The Provincial Recreational Objective is to be 100 clu/100mL . Our tests range from 15.8 – 19.8.

    How do we test? Ron Cox our resident Water Quality guru, works with the Near North Laboratories Inc. to do all the readings!
