• Submit Your Photos!

  • The Clear Lake Property Owner's Association was formed in the early 1990's as a reflection of dedication by concerned property owners to the long term preservation of Clear Lake.

We continue to seek like-minded property owners and their families to join our working groups and committees.

Let's work together to ensure the best interests of all property owners, their families and guests are carefully protected and preserved.

Have an idea for an event? Or an issue you would like the Executive Members to discuss in an upcoming newsletter? Contact us.

  • We are getting set early this year for the brand new CLPOA Calendar! Every year we ask that you submit photos for our Calendar, and this year is no different but we are hoping to add a little twist. We’d love to see your old gems this year of a time gone by highlighting the lake from years ago as a way to show the change that some of us have been able to witness. If you don’t have any of these, that’s ok we’ll still be happy to receive your current lake photos.

    Requirements:

    1. Pixels Matter – The higher the resolution, the better the calendar will turn out, typically a 300 PPI for a 8″ x 12″ photo or better would be ideal. Don’t know what that means? Not sure if your pictures stack up? Email us and we’ll let you know!
      1. This year to help combat the limitations of file sizes in email, you can submit your photos here.
      2. Please make sure you save your photos in this way. LastName_FirstName_PictureName
      3. Please email info@clearlakepropertyowners.com with a list of the picture names you submitted so we can confirm receipt and let you know if your photos qualify for a chance to be in the Calendar. Also let us know if you like your photo as is, or would be open to having it manipulated significantly in Photoshop.
    2. Time of Year Matters – Every year we get tons of gorgeous Summer Time photos, but to fill out a calendar we need pictures of all seasons. Please submit your off season photos. We’d love to see the Lake at it’s best in the Winter!
    3. Got a Drone? An arial shot of the lake would be a wonderful thing to consider.
    4. Got an Oldie? We’d love to fill the Calendar this year with Black & Whites, Photos from decades ago. If you have images in your cottage that you’d like to include, consider scanning them in for submission!

Happy Picture Taking Everyone! Can’t wait to see what you come up with this year!
